There are a lot of attractive hands that you'd like to play for a single bet, especially from late position. Hands like AJ, KJ, T9s, JT, 44, suited connectors, etc, are worth playing when you are in position.
It is important when playing poker to not go on tilt. This is a huge tip that will keep you from losing a lot of money but it is not easy to do. If you are having a bad day, don’t play. If you are drunk, don’t play. If you just suffered a horrible bad beat, strongly consider ending your play for the day. You can’t win money at the poker table when your emotions override your skill so keep that in mind as you are playing poker.
